great location helpful staff comfortable room natural light difficult access small space

The location was FANTASTIC. It made it simple to walk to the Louvre. It was also close to the subways. The Opera was near too. The staff was very kind. They were helpful. The room was nice and neat.

The room had little natural light. The outlook was onto a tiny enclosed space. It faced a wall. The bath access was difficult. The toilet space was very small.

The room for two people had no extra pillows. There was only one bathrobe provided. No slippers were available in the room.
