great location helpful staff comfortable room natural light difficult access small space
The location was FANTASTIC. It made it simple to walk to the Louvre. It was also close to the subways. The Opera was near too. The staff was very kind. They were helpful. The room was very comfy and tidy.
The room had little natural light. The outlook was onto a tiny enclosed space. It faced a wall. The bath access was difficult. The toilet space was very small.

warming towel rack great location clean premises missing pillows one bathrobe no slippers
The hotel was clean and well appointed. I appreciated the warming towel rack as it helped dry some damp clothes (I got caught in a downpour). The location was great! I walked to the Louvre Museum and other sites.
The room for two people had no extra pillows. There was only one bathrobe provided. No slippers were available in the room.

charming Stay near the opera
supportive staff spacious room awesome location convenient access
I found the staff supportive. The room was spacious and the washroom too! Toiletries WERE provided upon request. The location is awesome with many destinations within walking distance. Metro access is also very convenient.
The bath and shower access WAS difficult. The separate toilet space is VERY small.

Staff members provide excellent assistance, INCLUDING arranging early breakfast. They handle taxi services TO the airport. The check-in and check-out processes are very efficient. The personnel are cute and provide support to all visitors.

well equipped bathroom fresh coffee helpful staff
The room was equipped with a large desk and a well equipped bathroom. Breakfast included fresh blended coffee and great bread (I love bread!). The staff was very kind and glad to help with any request.
There was only one bathrobe in my room, and no slippers.
